Ouch

Hi everyone, sorry I've been absent. Uni and small children make life hectic sometimes. Haha
Since my forst bost I've had 6 fillings and 2 orthodontist appointments. First was just a chat and a look at my teeth. And a referal for my xrays. Then i just had the mouldings done. That was horrible, especially as i have a tooth that is getting pulled that needs a filling and is very sensative to cold. (Of course the weather has turned freezing and water out of the tap is icey.)
Now I just need to have a chat about what needs doing, and if my wisdom teeth will need to be pulled.
And the cost of course.

The very beginning.

Hi, so I'm Lorraine, and this will be my blog about getting braces as a young adult. I'm a mum to two little boys, and am studying at university.
I've got my first appointment with the dentist for a treatment plan and referal to the orthodontist on Tuesday. And I am so nervous. But it will be worth it to have a nice, pain free smile.
I've got overcrowding and some wisdom teeth issues. As well as when I was 3 i was knocked over at daycare and had my 4 bottom teeth knocked out. Which damaged the gumming growing adult teeth underneath. I have filling material over them so that I can eat, but they will need to be covered with caps once my braces are off.
